By submitting this trip planning request, I confirm that the information I’ve provided is accurate and that I am requesting a custom flight and/or travel itinerary through Unlimited Air Ventures.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A $500 deposit is required to begin the trip planning and secure my flight quote.

  • $250 of the deposit is refundable if I choose not to proceed with booking.

  • $250 is non-refundable and covers planning, coordination, and administrative fees.

  • If I proceed with booking, the entire $500 will be applied toward the final cost of my ticket.

  • I have 20 calendar days from the date my quote is confirmed to pay the remaining ticket balance.

  • If full payment is not made within 20 days, my booking will be canceled and only $250 will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

  • If I cancel my confirmed trip within 72 hours of booking, I will receive a full refund of any payment made beyond the initial $500 deposit, subject to airline and supplier refund policies.

  • Cancellations made after 72 hours but prior to ticket issuance may be eligible for a partial refund, less any fees already incurred.

  • Once a ticket is issued, all cancellations are subject to the airline’s or supplier’s policy. Unlimited Air Ventures is not responsible for non-refundable or non-transferable fares.

  • In the event of cancellation due to reasons outside of Unlimited Air Ventures’ control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, airline delays), we strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.

Unlimited Air Ventures Refund and Cancelation Policy. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable travel experience. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following cancellation policy applies: Client-Initiated Cancellations Without Notification: If a traveler cancels their trip without notifying UAV Travel, no refunds or credits will be issued. Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels before the scheduled departure. Instead of refunds, credits will be issued for future travel, subject to airline and service provider policies. Non-Refundable Bookings: Some flights and services are non-refundable, as indicated at the time of booking. In such cases, credits may not be available. Change & Rebooking Options: If you need to change or reschedule your trip, please notify UAV Travel as soon as possible. Any changes will be subject to airline policies, availability, and potential fees. By booking with UAV Travel, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
