Please note: Lounge access and Sapphire status upgrades are not included in this beta tier.
Deposit & Payment Terms
A $100 deposit is required to activate my Ambassador Membership.
This deposit grants access to trip planning and applies toward my first flight booking.
This deposit is non-refundable but credited toward future travel.
Once a quote is provided, I will have 20 calendar days to pay the full cost of the ticket.
If full payment is not made within that time, the quote is subject to cancellation and repricing.
Cancellation Policy
If I cancel my confirmed trip within 72 hours of booking, I will receive a full refund of any payment made beyond the $100 deposit, subject to airline and supplier refund policies.
Cancellations made after 72 hours but before ticket issuance may be eligible for a partial refund, less administrative costs.
Once a ticket is issued, all cancellations follow the airline or vendor’s policy.
Unlimited Air Ventures is not liable for changes due to natural disasters, airline delays, or events outside of its control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
