As a current Unlimited Air Ventures Member, I confirm that the information I’ve provided for this trip planning request is accurate and that I am requesting a custom flight and/or travel itinerary through the Member Concierge Service.
I understand and agree to the following terms:
Payment Terms (No Deposit Required for Members)
As a member, I am not required to submit a deposit to initiate trip planning.
Once a flight quote is provided, I will have 20 calendar days from the date of confirmation to submit full payment for my ticket.
If full payment is not received within this timeframe, the itinerary may be canceled, and pricing may no longer be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
If I cancel my confirmed trip within 72 hours of booking, I will receive a full refund of any payment made, subject to airline and supplier policies.
Cancellations made after 72 hours but prior to ticket issuance may be eligible for a partial refund, less any coordination or administrative fees.
Once a ticket is issued, all cancellations are subject to the airline’s or supplier’s terms. Unlimited Air Ventures is not responsible for non-refundable or non-transferable fares.
In the event of trip disruption due to factors outside of Unlimited Air Ventures’ control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, airline cancellations), members are strongly encouraged to carry travel insurance.
